1.Product Description: Please carefully read the product description before making a purchase, including card series, quantity, and whether it is an unopened product. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service.
2.Product Condition: We primarily offer two types of products - single cards and unopened original products. We guarantee that all products sold in our store are genuine.
Single Cards: The default condition for the cards we sell is "near mint," meaning there are no visible damages (minor flaws, slight bends, factory errors, etc., are not covered within the condition guarantee). For customers with specific requirements, scored cards are available for purchase.
Original products: For unopened sets or boxes, we guarantee that the product will be in good condition upon shipment and there will be no issues with secondary sealing.
3.Pricing: The prices of TCG products may be adjusted based on market conditions and supply-demand factors. Please place your order promptly when needed. For pre-order items, we protect the price at the time of order placement, so regardless of any market price fluctuations, we will arrange delivery within the specified timeframe after your payment.
4.Payment Methods: We currently support PayPal payments (protected by the PayPal platform) and debit/credit card payments (protected by the Stripe platform). We also accept payments made through Wise, Paysend, or direct bank transfers. Please feel free to contact customer service for more details.
5.Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing it. Once we receive your request, we will cancel the order unconditionally and issue a refund.
If the package has already been shipped, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Please note that if you require any refund, you must email us first. Any PayPal disputes or malicious refund attempts made without prior contact will result in a permanent ban from our website, and all future orders will be refused. Please take this seriously.
6.Shipping Method: We ship orders using reliable courier companies. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information (phone number and email) and a complete shipping address (name and detailed address down to the door number) when placing your order.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and package weight and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for all additional redelivery costs.
7.Disclaimer: Due to the long distances involved in international shipping, we cannot guarantee that your items will arrive completely free of minor damage. However, we do ensure that all items are in perfect condition when shipped. If you are concerned about potential damage during transit, we recommend purchasing additional protective packaging to safeguard your items. While this does not guarantee complete protection, it significantly reduces the risk. In addition, please note that our insurance only covers compensation for lost items and damage to the outer packaging.
8.After-Sales Service: We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you receive any defective items, including missing pieces or damages, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the outer packaging and contents upon receipt. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide a resolution.

Exclusive Pattern of "Random Holo Cards"
Pokémon cards can be classified into different rarities such as C, U, and R. Cards with a rarity of R or higher possess a special holographic design created through a mirror process, known as holographic cards.
In the Simplified Chinese edition, cards with rarities of C, U, and R have a chance to feature a unique pattern exclusive to the Simplified Chinese version, known as "Random Holo Cards." These cards showcase special textured patterns that are distinct to the Simplified Chinese edition.

Special Printing Technique
The Simplified Chinese version utilizes a special printing technique, with a unique design exclusive to authentic Pokémon cards. Each holographic card features a specially embossed Pokémon logo in the bottom left corner, created through a special textured process. This distinct design is only found in the Simplified Chinese edition of Pokémon cards.
The shimmering design of attribute symbols or Poké Balls that appears on the card surface is also exclusive to the Simplified Chinese edition.
