Is Dark World Zero Cards a trustworthy card store?

Yes!

Dark World Zero Cards was founded by owner Yi in 2020 and is a trading card store based in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Over the years, we have grown into a business with two physical stores and three online shops across China, focusing on various TCG products.

In 2025, we established our first overseas company — DARKWORLDZERO LTD in the United Kingdom — to better handle and expand our international operations.

Dark World Zero Cards enjoys a strong reputation in China, especially in the Chengdu region, where we are well supported by a large community of players and recognized for our excellent word-of-mouth reputation.

Through multiple platforms, we have successfully completed over 1,000 international orders, earning the trust and support of fans around the world.

Due to limited staffing, our response time may occasionally be delayed — we sincerely appreciate your understanding. However, please rest assured that we will closely follow up on any issues until they are fully resolved.

Here are some common questions about our services.

Dark World Zero Cards is a local card store in China and is also an authorized distributor of various Simplified Chinese and Japanese cards. Our products are sourced through official channels, ensuring 100% original authenticity. Please rest assured when purchasing​.

After you place your order, we usually begin processing it the next day. Depending on the complexity of your order, preparation typically takes 3–7 days. In some cases — for example, if your order contains over 100 different single cards or products — the preparation time may be extended.

We truly appreciate your understanding. If your order has not been shipped after an extended period, please feel free to contact us by email for an update.

All products are shipped from our store located in Chengdu, China. Once your order has been fully prepared (please refer to the previous section for preparation times), we will proceed with shipment.

Typically, it takes about 2–3 days for the package to reach the local logistics company in China. The logistics company will then process and dispatch the package, which will be handed over to a local third-party courier in your destination country (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for final delivery.

From the time the logistics company processes your package to the moment you receive it, the delivery usually takes around 6–12 business days. Please note that during Chinese public holidays (such as National Day or New Year, etc.), shipping times may be extended due to carrier closures.



Domestic shipping

Domestic shipping fees within China are charged based on the actual rates of the local courier company, SF Express.

If your delivery address is within China, you only need to pay the domestic shipping fee — no additional charges will apply. If your address is outside of China, we will deliver your package free of charge to our partnered logistics company within China for further international processing.

International Shipping

When shipping internationally through our logistics service, you do not need to pay any import fees.

All customs duties, VAT, and other related charges are fully covered by us and are already included in the shipping cost — you only need to pay this single fee.

Each single card will be protected with a card sleeve, and valuable cards will be protected with acrylic cases or bricks. The logistics company also provides very professional packaging services to ensure that your package remains undamaged during international shipping.

We recommend that when you receive your package, you first take photos of the outer condition of the package — for example, check whether the outer packaging is damaged, crushed, or deformed.

Then, while unboxing, please record a complete and continuous video showing the entire process. In the video, display the contents of the package clearly to confirm that there is no damage and that nothing is missing. (This is the most reliable and dispute-free approach, as it preserves evidence and helps us file a claim with the shipping company if necessary.)

If you are unable to provide the above evidence, we may, depending on the circumstances, decline your after-sales request.
