Dark World Zero Cards is a local card store in China and is also an authorized distributor of various Simplified Chinese and Japanese cards. Our products are sourced through official channels, ensuring 100% original authenticity. Please rest assured when purchasing.
After you place your order, we generally process it the next day. Depending on the complexity of your order, shipping is arranged within 3-7 days (to a domestic address in China or a forwarding warehouse).
All items are shipped from our store located in Chengdu, China.
If you want to use international forwarding services (like Superbuy), please fill in a Chinese address for the shipping address, even if your receiving address is already in China.
If you need us to send it directly to your address, please leave detailed personal information for your local area. Our goods will be imported by a Chinese shipping company and then handed over to a local third-party company (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for delivery.
Domestic shipping within China usually takes 2-3 days, while international shipping typically takes 7-14 days.
Domestic shipping fees in China are charged according to the actual rates of the local logistics company SF Express.
For shipments to addresses in China, you only need to pay the domestic shipping fees without any additional charges.
International logistics:
For international logistics sent through our method, you do not need to pay any import fees.
All duties, VAT, and other charges are covered by us and are included in the shipping cost; you only need to pay this one fee.
Each single card will be protected with a card sleeve, and valuable cards will be protected with acrylic cases or bricks. The logistics company also provides very professional packaging services to ensure that your package remains undamaged during international shipping.
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please follow these steps:
- Take photos: Take pictures of the damaged packaging and contents.
- Keep the packaging: Retain both the packaging and its contents. Both are necessary for filing a claim with the shipping company in case of damage.
